Interfaith Movie Night
at the Putnam Museum - Davenport IA
Join us for a free film and discussion panel! The Sultan and the Saint is an Emmy-nominated documentary detailing an extraordinary encounter between Sultan al-Malik al-Kamil and Saint Francis of Assisi. Their experience during the Crusades points to how respectful dialogue can build bridges even in difficult times.
After the film, Sister Jan Cebulba and Imam Dr. Bachir Djehiche will answer questions from the audience.
This event is open to everyone.
